A delicately feminine, sheer, powder blue jacket is perfect for any wardrobe. This jacket features embroidery on the inner chest panel and cuff sleeves, as well as a light crochet trim on the neck leading into tassels with old lira charms. The embroidery is applied on silver silk appliques with motifs of the wide open eye and bordered by saws.Â
