This modern interpretation of the traditional abaya, takes inspiration from the East with its kimono style sleeve. The abaya features heavy embroidery on the inner side chest panels and sleeve cuffs, in DMC threads of red, green, purple, and many more. Motifs seen in the piece are heart patterns, tashareef and manajel stitch.Â
